Process of order:

Consult with a Stronghold Steel Buildings representative to obtain a quote for a unit, either by providing a building ID number or designing your own.​

Once you are satisfied with your design, proceed to sign the order form.​

Submit your deposit.​

Upon receipt of your deposit, Stronghold Steel Buildings will forward your order form our offices to our manufacturer Longhorn Steel Structures.​

The manufacturer will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the details of your unit. If you have not been contacted within this timeframe, please call 336-653-1739, as it is unusual for the process to take longer than 48 hours.​

Once the manufacturer reaches out to review your unit, they will provide details about the delivery process.
Process of delivery:

The office will contact you to verify your unit once your deposit has been received.​

Your unit will be delivered within 2 to 6 weeks after your property is fully prepared for installation (including foundation, permits, etc.).​

For concrete foundations, the unit will be delivered approximately 2 weeks after the 28-day curing period.​

For ground, gravel, or asphalt foundations, the foundation should be no more than 3 inches off level from the highest point to the lowest point in the area of construction.​

The office will request photos of your property to assist the installers in locating your address.​

You will be notified of the week during which installation is scheduled.​

Once the installation week is confirmed, the office will contact you to finalize the specific day of installation.

Once your order is placed, our Main Office will be your primary point of contact, guiding you through the entire ordering and installation process. For all matters related to installation—including property photos, permit details, site drawings, and any additional support. The office will communicate directly with Stronghold Steel via email or through SenseiCRM. This ensures that all information is centralized, facilitating a smoother and more efficient installation experience.
